Fresh Pasteurized Goat Milk Cheeses

Made from our gently pasteurized Pennsylvania Pocono goat milk as French artisans have been making it for over a thousand years, taking a full 24 hours to slowly hand form the curd, drain the whey and lightly dry-salt, then 3 to 4 weeks to ripen.
